We use PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay & Stripe payment systems. All are a safe and secure ways to pay. They process billions of dollars a year for thousands of companies of all sizes. You will be offered all payment options at checkout. Please choose the appropriate one for your convenience.

Any refunds will be returned to the payment method used in the original transaction.


All items will be sent by Royal Mail and will be tracked by GPS to your location. Orders take 2-7 working days from order to delivery unless otherwise notified. Express delivery is also available on all orders placed before 2pm. This service takes up to 2 working days from order to delivery. This is at an additional cost and this option is available at checkout. We also have a gift wrapping service available which is also an option at checkout.

Please ensure that your postage and billing address are correct when ordering, including house number and post code. We are not responsible for any address’ that are incorrectly entered and not delivered. This is the responsibility of the customer and if returned your order will be refunded minus the original postage cost. You will not be refunded until up to 14 days after the item is returned by Royal Mail in the same condition it was sent. It is against GDPR law to change anyone's address or details without prior consent from them. If you have entered anything incorrectly, please contact as soon as you notice this mistake and we will try are upmost best to resolve this for you.

In the highly unlikely event that your order should not arrive within the timeframe  stated above from the date it was dispatched, we will issue a replacement after 14 days and not before.

We want you to be delighted with the jewellery you buy from LL Loves. If for whatever reason you are less than thrilled with the jewellery you have purchased you may return your order within 7 days from receiving it *excluding sale items. Jewellery unworn and in the condition in which it was received with original packaging (signature bag, box etc). You will be issued with a refund by the same method of payment within 14 days of your returned goods being received. We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.

Items that are returned in an unsaleable condition (or returned after the permitted 7-day return timescale) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

LL Loves is unfortunately unable to accept the return of:

Sale pieces, Jewellery made to the customer's personal specifications including size, personalised and bespoke orders or earrings of any kind.


Unless the items are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to LL Loves. We would recommend that you use the Royal Mail's Signed For Delivery Service or a service that provides you with proof of delivery and compensation up to the price of your items. We are not held responsible for any items that are returned but not received by us or have been damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

If the Goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

* Sale items are not returnable under any circumstances. SALE items cannot be made larger or altered in any way. Each piece will be presented in an LL Loves pouch unless you upgrade to the gift wrap option.

Vouchers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with the sale. Sale price is valid at time of purchase and cannot be exchanged against another product, service or on pieces bought pre/ post sale. 


All LL Love items come with a 6 month warranty. If within this period your item develops a fault due to an error in manufacture, it will be repaired or replaced. Accidental damage/ breakage can be repaired at a small cost. All items purchased online can be tracked with date to state all warranty claims. Should your item require repair outside of the stated time-frame or without a warranty card then please contact us using the Contact Us form on the website for a repair cost.

Caring for your LL Loves Jewellery

Although created to provide you with years of longevity, your LL Loves jewellery is still delicate and should be handled with care. We do not recommend swimming, bathing or wearing your jewellery during sporting activities. All Sterling Silver jewellery will tarnish. A mix of heat and oxygen in the air causes this. This will happen much faster when it comes into contact with agents such as acidic skin ph, perfume, skin care creams, salty air, sulphur, chlorine etc. It is not a manufacturing fault. Please remove your jewellery also when cleaning and it should not be exposed to UV light.

Your LL Loves jewellery should be stored away from heat and direct sunlight and never stored in a bathroom or similar space. We always recommend storing your jewellery in a dark jewellery box to help prevent tarnishing.

If your LL Loves jewellery should dull after wear or tarnish when not being worn then we recommend cleaning your silver with a silver cloth. Semi Precious stone jewellery should be washed lightly with fairy liquid and warm water and gently rubbed with a cloth. Never submerge your Semi Precious stones, as they are likely to be porous.
