Our outlet pieces are a little different from our main collection, so just a few things to keep in mind. They’re non-returnable, and discount codes can’t be used on them. If you need a different size, we’re happy to help with resizing—as long as we chat about it before you buy. These pieces come in a simple black envelope instead of our signature box, but you’re welcome to add one to your order if you’d like. Outlet items might be end-of-line, one-offs, or samples, and while it’s rare, they may have minor imperfections—if that’s the case, we’ll always mention it clearly on the product page.

Our standard bracelet size is 7". This can be changed at no additional charge up to 8" if we are notified at the time of ordering. If the size needs altering after purchase it may incur a small restringing fee.
