Restringing Service

DO NOT USE DISCOUNT CODES ON OUR RESTRINGING SERVICE PLEASE OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED.

After a lot of wear your LL Loves bracelet may require restringing. We can offer you this service for a small fee of £5 plus return postage. This includes altering bracelets that require excess beads to be removed.

If your bracelet requires additional or new beads or charms, please contact us to get a price for this at sales@llloves.co.uk. A minimum cost of £5 per bracelet will be charged for any extra beads required. 

Please do not return bracelets to be restrung that have not been paid for in advance. You are responsible for sending the bracelet to us and we reccommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We are unable to restring or alter bracelets purchased from other companies.

Please note that the restring or altering of bracelets can take up to 10 working days to complete before they are returned to you. If you require a size that is not the standard 7”, please ensure this is noted when you return it to us.
